No, they are beta versions.

No, they are announced by the respective makers on the beta list.
That's how it should be with beta items.

What's available there is the release version. Betas are not release
versions.

I heard about this. I had thought that the Hotmail protocol is so
proprietary that only OE/OL can use it; if Foxmail can, then it might
be worthwhile for Ritlabs to look into it. In the meantime, people are
using hotpop and such, but some Hotmail users won't convert to TB
without built-in support.
