Since moving to version 2, on some mailing lists some of my replies are being posted
in base 64 encoding. Yes, I have mail management set to treat 8-bit characters as
quoted printable.
I do notice that this seems to happen when I reply to a mailing list message and I can
see that my reply seems to be appearing on the screen in the same color/font of the
message to which I am replying. That is quotes language I am responding to looks
brown and is in a particular font.
If I start replying and my reply looks like that then it will appear to the mailing
list in base64 encoding. On the other hand, if I reply and my reply is in by regular
font (bold Arial in black) then the message appears normal.
Any ideas how to fix this?
