I was very excited to get my installation up and running with key as
well when I first started using TB ;)

The signature delimiter is one of those things that was added a while
back as part of an internet friendly thing. It's recommended that they
get used as some clients remove anything unwanted below it, a very nice
feature, and as has been mention, some clients allow you to hide it
completely.

In a way yes, but your name is part of the signature, which you can
usually have inserted nicely by templates so you don't have to finish
that final bit off ;)

You're going to find the sender's name in the From: field, and most
people usually cite the senders name at the start of the reply email, so
most bases are covered for this. I personally don't see any benefit of
including the original senders name at the bottom of the emails when
they're cited as part of the reply start on most clients. But that
could just be me.
