I think you will find that it depends on what settings have been chosen in
Account/Properties/Mail management/Message management. If the setting is
"Delete received messages from server" I think you will get Message
Despatcher showing all the mail marked as you describe with "receive" and
"delete" checked.
If only some of them are like this it probably depends on what "actions" you
have specified in some of the "receive" filters. For example, if the general
setting is for messages to be left on the server and then certain filters
say to delete the message from the server.
