First of all, I haven't installed TB! v.2 yet, so I'll have to give
you the v. 1.62r method and hope it's still e same.

1).- Go to "Configure Message Filters" (I use the Configuration
Toolbar at left, which is activated via the "View"/"Toolbar"
      Menu)

2).- Go to "Selective Download Filters"

3).- Create a name for the Selective Download Filter you want to
create (i.e Spam, or Trash etc.).

 4).- Open the "Advanced Tab"

 5).- Action = Kill

 6).- Chose your Detection Method

7).- Select "Load Signal Strings from File"

8).- Direct TB! to the text file you want to use (you may have to
      create one).

9).- Follow the same procedure for all accounts, directing each to
      the same text file.

10).- Whenever you find a message from source or with a content you
don't want, choose indicative strings from the user name or
domain of the sending party (check the full headers for this),
or from the subject or even the text of the message to include
      in your text file.

11).- I use this in conjunction with the Mail Dispatcher and
configure it to download 25 lines. The filter will work on all
of them and show the results, which you can change at will
while reviewing your mail before downloading it. As I
understand it, this won't work when using IMAP4, just POP3.

Some here prefer to automate the spam process, while I prefer to
make my decisions on the fly. I skim the message length (double
digits or triple) as well as the more obvious From, To and Subject
headers. I don't read them, I just skim and check the messages my
filter marked for deletion (messages are normally deleted
automatically after a few days).

LT> I only know my 'rules'thing and I have no clue as how to do what you
LT> describe above.

LT> If you wouldn't mind, would you care to explain a bit more about this?

See above.

LT> Thanks a lot, as well for reading if you decide not to answer :)

Why wouldn't I? I didn't see this until today, is all.

LT> Does somebody know what he means?

Only the shadow knows.
