yes, the options in avast scanner allow you to add files and folders,
file types.. etc.

ar, ar, ar.. that's why I didn't dump AVG for Avast. I was trying Avast
to add to AVG's capabilities, but it doesn't look like AVAST will pass
the test.
I can't keep turning off avast every day, to get mail.
