Yes, I spent many hours with the help.  Unfortunately, that section proved to be 
unhelpful to me w.r.t. getting my filter to work.

Do you happen to be using regular expressions in Selective Download filter(s)?  If 
not, do you know of anyone who is using regular expressions in Selective Download 
filters who might be willing to assist me?
