I'm using The Bat! Version 2.01.3

under Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 4
and would like to obtain some more information about your program
I have a few problems getting my TLS mail connection to my
university mail account to function properly; the error message in
the log is:
15.12.2003, 17:28:02: FETCH - Initiating TLS handshake
15.12.2003, 17:28:02: FETCH - Unsupported certificate
What exactly does this imply; I have attached the certificate for
good measure. Is TheBat not suited for this kind of certificate?
Using STARTTLS instead of TLS (contrary to the instructions of my
university) will yield the following:
15.12.2003, 17:30:33: SEND - sending mail messages - 1 messages in queue
15.12.2003, 17:30:33: SEND - Initiating TLS handshake
!15.12.2003, 17:30:33: SEND - TLS protocol error: Unexpected message.
15.12.2003, 17:30:33: SEND - connection finished - 0 messages sent
15.12.2003, 17:30:33: SEND - Some messages were not sent - check the log for details
15.12.2003, 17:32:08: FETCH - receiving mail messages
The Fetch 'hangs', though, in the "Connecting to host" state.
