Ok, I worked out how to make the addresses show up in both the group & the normal address book, but I now have a new problem. I thought just by double clicking on the group The Bat! would add all the addresses in it to the To field, but it doesn't - you still have to double click on each entry in the group to add them one at a time. So, can anyone tell me how you address an email to multiple recipients without having to double click on their address book entries each & every time you want to send them an email?
