Did you run a setup from the_bat.exe or did you just copy thebat.exe to your directory? (Note that the install file has an underscore in its name.) AM> Does the CE-version not support Win95? I'm not sure. I run it on Win98SE with only minor quirks. However, I think the developers are more focused on getting TB! running properly with WinXP, than to fix it for older versions. AM> Should I give it a try and simply copy the setup-files from the AM> temp-folder into the folder that contains the 1.60-installation. I wouldn't do that. It's well possible that they're corrupted or incomplete. Plus, in TB! 2.xx there are significant changes in some features that are not compatible with the old versions. AM> Or should I uninstall the previous version before installing CE? That wasn't necessary here, but it cannot be wrong. You will need a new registration key, but when you upgrade till the end of this year, there will be a good discount. -- Cheers Peter When I was a kid, I used to pray every night for a new bicycle. Then I realized that the Lord, in his wisdom, didn't work that way. So I stole one and asked him to forgive me.
