My USER32.dll seems to be one of the oldest files on my system ;-).
Okay, but I have another WIN95 running, may be I should try and copy
the other dll into this one. That is a good starting point. I will try
it and report.

I think I'm quite up-to-date. IE 5.5 SP2 and several patches.
