Howdy TheBatUsers, Well, it seems I've really messed things up now. Continuing to try different things to get rid of my duplicated accounts, I decided to do a two-part backup and then uninstall/reinstall again. I first backed up my six mail accounts, address books, settings, etc., but did not include my common folders. After that, I backed up just the common folders.
Uninstalled/reinstalled TB and then restored my six accounts and address books just fine. The problem now is that I can't restore the second backup of just the common folders. Nothing gets restored! Is there *any* way to recover the messages in the common folders backup? I have nearly nine years worth of messages there. I do have a backup, not from a TB backup file, but just a copy of the entire message files that I made earlier today, but it doesn't include the latest message retrieval I performed before starting with the current round of TB backups.
