My Bayesian filter (a SpamPal plug-in) does mark such messages as spam and a
TB filter does file such messages in a suspect folder.

Though as a rule I do try hard to avoid such drastic actions I was hoping to
send THESE messages straight to the trash.

Thanks for the info above. I thought my TB! viewer did not recognize HTML at
all but I see this is not so.
