I just now had this happen with a JPEG. Same problem - message indicates an attachment *should* be there, check via webmail or other mail client and it's there. I know that TB is actually downloading the attachment - it shows up in the attachment directory and the message size reflects the attachment is there. But there is no icon in the left column, and no way to access the attached file through TB's interface. This problem was bad enough just not getting Word files. Now it's PDFs and JPEGs...
