"Snipper QT" here is just a somewhat arbitrary name for the Quick
Template we are discussing (and which was shown just below inside the
boxed frame). It can actually be anything you like.

"Snip" means "cut" and when used within emails it is meant to show
that part of the message being replied to has been "cut out" from the
reply as it is not relevant to the reply (and to save space and make
it easier to read)
