Hello Everyone!

Do any of you know whether a later version than 2.00.6 of The Bat!
provides more information in the log than just the bare line "could
not connect to server"?

I mean, can any version of TB! tell the reason "why," as in, for
instance, quoting the server's response?

In most instances, the Internet browsers are still available to me.
It's just the POP3 and SMTP that are not functioning.

Last night I shut TB! down and re-launched several times to no avail.
Then I tried closing TB! and re-booting the computer. No joy there,
either. After about 3 hours of trying (not continuously, of course), I
gave up and went to bed. As I've already mentioned in two earlier
posts here this morning. :)

If my question is better addressed to tbot, I'll take it there.

TIA for help anyone can offer me. :)
