How about the ISP you log in through? I have this "Cannot connect to
seerver" sometimes. Inclduing today, when my main ISP (my university,
as Ihave free access) could not connect to GMX. I switched to log in
through a pay-for ISP and have no problems connecting.

Therefore, no TB problem.
