I maintain a database of names, email addresses and order type and quantity. Now what I want to do is email everyone in the database at certain times confirming what their order is, quantity and balance due. All the data is held in an Excel spreadsheet. Now, is there any way to extract the data and insert into a mass mail out other than importing the data from a CSV into the address book as a group? a) CSV import seems unreliable.
