Hi Wayne,

I believe this is a glitch with Windows 98 and
insufficient resources. If I have a lot of
programmes open and get an email with a lot of
html or a particularly heavy graphic embedded, I
receive this error message. There's no need to
delete the offending message if you reboot your
computer.
