Hi Unless I'm being particularly dense - if I set up a Quick Template within one account and set it to Share with Other Accounts then I would expect the following behaviour:
Type the handle and hit CTRL+SPACE will insert the template no matter which account I am sending from. For me... it doesn't share - will work with the account in which it is set up but not in any of the others. Is there another setting somewhere that is conflicting?
