<ctrl><shift><q> brings up the QT config panel listing only the quick
templates for the currently selected account. This doesn't mean that
shared quick templates will not work across accounts. Shared templates
work just fine here. I depend heavily on them. In fact, most of the
quick templates I currently use are in one of my old POP accounts and
I use an IMAP account now.
