Watching this thread I too was waiting for guidance on how TB! can "use a submission form", whatever that means. Then again, I haven't read EVERY answer on this topic so I'm sure I'd have missed the one that might have made the light bulb over my head go on. I finally read THIS ONE (the instructions were easy to follow!) but when I went to the Message menu (as many of you will have guessed) the "Submit a form" option is not available.
