Well, for posting to Newsgroups I use an account of www.spammotel.com.
There you can create single accounts which are forwarded to your real
e-mail address. But you can flag them (e.g. in the subject by a
keyword) where you can find out which Spammail-E-Mail-Address was
used). In case you get many sapm-mails then you can also deactivate
single e-mail addrresses. I like that service because it also shows
how mails are given to companies (e.g. when subscribing to a
newsletter or something like that).
