Yes. We'll not be announcing that we have gone live. We'll be
announcing that we'll be going live and discussing how to add the
X-No-Archive header for those who wish to do so.

Those reading via NNTP will have to use their news client to reply.
However, they'll be sending their reply to the list address and not
the news server. References should be preserved in that way.
