I'm having a strange problem - I'm probably not the first/only one so apologies if this is a FAQ, I've been off the list for a while:
I have a reply template with %QUOTES in it. I usually highlight a section of the message I am replying to and hit F4. That works as expected, but only when replying to messages without previous quotes in it. When I try the same with one of those messages people send me with several "generations" of previous messages quoted at the end, and I select the whole lot for quoting, nothing appears in the reply message except my signature.
