Take the tickmark off "Use specific...".

OK, then TB couldn't connect to it, everything is clear.

You didn't mention that it does. Does it? If so, I cannot confirm that
behaviour. Over here, when TB fails to connect to localhost in one
account, the other accounts are not effected.
