Damn! Forgot to change the order in my own set! Actually, I'm sure I
did change it, but maybe the system here crashed before the settings
were stored (I'm working on a temporary system while my regular is
being repaired and this one's a bit "volatile").

Maybe troutings should be subject to a one or two day visibility.
There is a *major* point of public trouts. It makes sure that nobody
sees an "against-the-rules posting" and thinks "they allow that here
whatever the rules say". I have quit lists that only issue private
troutings *because* of the high levels of abuse that encourages.
