My concern was that by following Allie's instructions to avoid archiving on GMane, users would ensure their messages *would* be archived on mail-archive.com. Apparently it's possible to reliably have your messages excluded from both archives. Recent discussion has indicated that it's probably easier to harvest addresses from mail-archive.com than from an encrypted GMane group, so this might be of interest to the more cautious here. Personally, I'm not wild about folks excluding their messages from the archives. Kinda defeats the purpose of having archives. -- George Using The Bat! 2.05 Beta/1 on Windows XP Pro 5.1, Build 2600, Service Pack 1. ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.04.7 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
