When I select a message, scroll down (either in the preview BBTE> pain or with the message open in its own windows), switch to BBTE> another program, and then return to TB, the message is back at the BBTE> beginning.
I am sorry for not being more helpful here, but for what it's worth: I can't reproduce that behaviour either. What about the software you use to control mouse / keyboard ? [ie. the driver]. Or what about the software for your graphics card ? I've noticed that the Nvidia drivers have some options that assert some control over windows .. that's what I use. Didn't cause problems though.
