The problem with this is that you do not have a history to roll back to, for example, you delete some vital messages from the message base, but don't realise for 1 day. By then, your backup will have been over-written several times. I use 12-Ghosts Backup for things that I need a history of. You can set items to continuously back up, creating a copy once a minute, hour, day, week and month. This means I have a history of revisions going back as far as I want. This could be difficult with a complete message base (unless you have a *very* big hard disk), but you could do it on a particular account or folder. http://12ghosts.com/ghosts/backup.htm Julian -- Using The Bat! v2.10 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.10.01 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
