Hi Mark, This means that the e-mail should be in readable format (Clear text) and PGP signed. I am asuming that you are probably not allowed to send PGP encrypted msg�s. An other problem could be that the automatic recognition system they are using is not recognizing that it is correct. This could be due to the format/layout of the e-mail.
