Actually - it is not directly the problem, but it is related. Initials isn't the only QT needed. It's a 3 QT set. "Full name" and "Full name - no AB entry" are also required. If any are missing, TB will return the text string: 'Cannot find a quick template "xxx"', the first 3 initials of which are? (short fanfare) Cfa!
