Hi TBUDL,
I have a friend, Josh, who is trying out The Bat. I've shared my
reply template with him, and he has placed it in the Address Book Reply
Template for my address book entry. However, when he checks the "Use
a specific template for replies" check box, the initials show up as
Cfa> rather than as it should (PN>).
Here's a reply from him illustrating the problem, and within his
message he copied the template he is using. Do any of you recognize
this problem and can you tell me what to tell him to resolve it?
The following is his reply to one of my messages:
In a message (with the subject "Creating Filters") on Sunday, May 09,
2004, you said:
Cfa> It's the one that says "Use a specific
Cfa> template for replies."
Here's an example with the Box Checked and using this template below
(without the lines of course). The initials are showing Cfa on this
example.

For what it's worth, he has created the QT "Initials" and the QT
"cleanup," so I don't think that is the problem, but I'm stumped as to
what the problem is.
Any help you can offer would be very much appreciated.
