I can live with "quirks" in a beta but not with a public release. The beta cycle seemed hardly finished before RC1 and production release(s) came out. My list (mostly) highlights some rough edges that could be resolved quickly and should be picked up before public release. I just wonder if there's an aggressive release schedule that means some corners are cut; e.g. pushing out 2.10 when there were still outstanding bugs with the new features? I fear these quirks, as you put it, will start accumulating and get missed if they're not dealt with sooner rather than later. <snip>...
