I haven't downloaded it, just got an info from my server-side spam filter about the sender and subject. Maybe that helps you track down whoever you are looking for. I am not planning on downloading that mail, as spams in the spamfolder will be automatically deleted if I don't do anything. I only get a daily summary of messages there.
