Did you recently import a lot of messages to any of the accounts?

TB! normally deletes those temp files and when they fail to be deleted
the reason needs to be sought after. Importing a lot of messages is
one reason.

Anyway, a freeware utility called Empty Temp Folders, could help a lot
of users. It can be made to empty temp folders manually or at
scheduled intervals. It will find all those temp folders manually for
you.
