May I make a suggestion? This could help while waiting for the auto-virtual folder creation which could be a long time. There are two features that could help you with what you wish to do. I'm sorry that it's not a single point and click action and I agree that being able to achieve the same thing by selecting a folder from a bank of VF's would be easier. Holding the Alt key while selecting any item in the message list will list only those messages containing that particular item. So opening your Sent folder and alt-clicking on the name 'Alexander Gladilin' in the To column will list only those messages sent to that person. Moving the mouse away from the list and back will lead to a popup showing the number of messages currently listed (x of y). If you don't see 'Alexander Gladilin' in the message list right away, you can easily find it by starting to type the name with the message list in focus. The quick search feature will be autoinvoked. The quick search keeps selecting a message that best matches the search string. CTRL-Enter will display other messages that match the string search. So my usual action is to do a quick search for the name or subject and then alt-click on the name. I now have a list of all messages to or from the particular person. -- -=[ :Allie: ]=- (List Moderator and fellow end-user) PGPKeys: http://key.ac-martin.com Running The Bat! v2.12 Beta/1 on WinXP Pro (SP1)
