Even though your message was blank except for the list footer, I
suggest that you could try this:
Create an AB group called 'Me'
Add entries to this group with all of your addresses.
Create your filter:
'Rule' tab:
String: .
Present: Yes
Location: Recipient
'Advanced' tab:
Check: 'Address(es) must not be listed in Address Book'
Items: 'All recipients'
Search only in these groups: 'Me'
Those are the conditions of your filter, the rest is up to you.
