I checked your filter and it's doing what you said it should do.
However, the sample message didn't carry any header that said that the
sender was at yahoogroups.com (Check both the From: and the X-Sender:
headers)
I suggest that you won't look for yahoogroups.com in the sender, but
more generally in the kludges, that ought to fix it.
As most stuff (including your sample) from yahoogroups is a mailing
list, you might consider placing your junk filter below the filters
that are triggered by your mailing lists. (Presuming you have those,
it's rather convenient to find every mailing list in it's own
folder.) In that case your yahoogroups.com messages won't reach your
junk filter anyhow.
