Hi My email account has just been upgraded to IMAP so I thought I would check out the abilities of TB. To my surprise the help file is almost totally devoid of help for IMAP. Anyway, everything seems to connect OK but I have a few niggling caveats:
1. Deletions dont seem to be sychronised. If I delete them, they go into my local trash but TB then rports I am viewing 1 of 3 messages on the server. Hw do I synchronise this?? 2. My old account was POP3 but TB wouldnt let me convert hat account to IMAP. Is there an easy way to import my entire message base over to my new account? It might take a while because it seems that TB then uploads all the files (wneh synchronising) and then downloads them all again! 3. What do the numbers, angle brackets and stars mean in the folder pane? 4. Is it OK to try a 3 way synchronisation between TB at work, IMAP and TB at home. My initial testing suggests not.
