Battyfolks, I have tried unsuccessfully to get to TB! to take an action <I 've tried 3: flag, delete or move> on msgs that has been assigned to a color group.
I have tried this via inbox & via read msgs. Is this not possible to do? If you are wondering why I am doing this, it goes like this: I asked TB! to color code specifically annoying spam. TB! was successful @ this task. Then I added the next level to flag to test it again. Also tested w move. I've done these tests because my goal is to delete these msgs from the server so I want to be sure I'm not getting any f/p. I guess if the color coding is working properly I can assume that my filter is working properly, nevertheless I don't understand why TB! isn't taking this 2nd level action. Maybe it's a TB! limitation. Or a user limitation. Any thoughts or explanation would be appreciated. TIA -- Jan Rifkinson Ridgefield, CT USA TB!
