To start with, you can check out the shortcut editor: View / Edit
shortcut Keys, or the shortcut F12. (Don't ask me why it is under the
View menu instead of Tools, though.) There you can look around and
catalogue shortcuts, if you are so inclined - I think many people will
thank you.

Also try the menu navigator (the fourth icon in the top-right corner
of the TB window, counting from the right). When you follow the
suggestions, you'll get to the menu items. These often have the
shortcuts mentioned in their names.
