Yes, I think you have it correct.  You can select all msgs in a 
folder by clicking in the message list and pressing Ctrl-A.  As for 
the folder structure, you would have to recreate it in Windows.

Stuart's suggestion of just relocating your TB! folders into a new 
Windows archive directory is not a bad one.  You would go into 
Windows, and move them out of your default directory.  When you need 
them again, re-import them.  This approach keeps you bound to the TB! 
file format, which has some long term risk if the messages *must* be 
accessible into the future, but otherwise seems fairly 
straightforward.
