You can select all msgs in a folder by clicking in the message list and pressing Ctrl-A. As for the folder structure, you would have to recreate it in Windows.
Stuart's suggestion of just relocating your TB! folders into a new Windows archive directory is not a bad one. You would go into Windows, and move them out of your default directory. When you need them again, re-import them.
