Yep, I've got only one account and it is set as default account for
mailto URLs, but the account address is only used for mailto URLs, for
messages created in folders with an identity set the address from the
identity is taken. Note that even though I'm using only one account
I'm using 30+ addresses.

Since I'm using only one account you can understand that common
folders aren't very important for me, but just for you I tested
whether this was valid for common folders too. And it is.
