Hallo Alexander,

On Fri, 3 Sep 2004 17:24:51 +0200GMT (3-9-2004, 17:24 +0200, where I
live), you wrote:

I'm skipping on them, honestly. ;-) It's considered bad behaviour for
a moderator to use different addresses for every list (in the same
group), so I'm switching addresses.

Neither. I've got a TB 2.12 installed on another computer. That one
has two accounts each a different account address.
Created a common folder, set its identity to my current list address
and posted a message to this list. (That's how easy it is to
impersonate a moderator and why I'm PGP signing met messages these
days) The test succeeded, since I've seen the message appear while I
was writing this one.

So it would appear to be bug in your setup.
Note that though my test message took the From address from the folder
identity, it took the Reply-To address from the mailto account,
probably because it was empty in the folder identity. That could be
considered a bug.
