Now this is frustrating as hell... I convinced a long time user of Eudora to switch to The Bat 30 days ago. He loves it. His trial expired, he went to ritlabs.com and purchased the product, and was sent an email with his new registration key.
He can't see it! His trial is up so all he sees is the three button option of "Exit", "Click here to register", or "OK". I've discovered an interesting feature of The Bat...in continues to download your mail, after the trial period, whether you have registered or not. So, his registration email is sitting in his TB! inbox, but he can't get past the "You need to register" screen to see it! His email is set to delete from server so he cannot browse to his email either. Help!
