You went through quite something. I just parked the message in the
Outbox, and then the others got sent without a problem.

The reason why the message was not sent is mysterious, but as you know,
I use a mysterious OS...

What I do think is that when a message doesn't get sent, TB should
continue with the other messages in the Outbox. However, I don't know
whether the connection will be closed automatically in such a case,
which means that it is again not TB's fault. I don't know enough about
server to decide whether the non-sending of subsequent messages is a
TB bug (*if* anybody can confirm it) or not.
