Ah ha - cracked it thanks to that - and others...

I know that, thank you. I am actually taking a client's web contact
form in which the user ticks YES to receiving a newsletter. This email
is filtered if 'eNews = YES' and the email is turned round by The Bat
to a different email account which feeds to the MailList Control
application on a different machine.

So the use of this, I believe is entirely legitimate and my ISP knows
exactly what I am doing because I cleared it with them beforehand and
all the accounts involved are on the same server.
