This appears to be a problem that existed in the early Betas, but I'm having it now with v.3.0 -- TB! will not close.
After perusing the archives I see notes on setting IMAP servers to disconnect (-done), issuing a command-line /EXIT (-done), and on looking for a .IPC file (don't seem to have one anywhere.) None of these things actually make TB! quit. There are no tasks active in CC, and nothing unusual running in Task Manager. But this sucker will not close at all. Ever. All I get is the "some tasks are now active" warning. Forcibly quitting TB! and restarting doesn't help, nor does rebooting the box. Very irritating.
