Hello Terry, I see this behavior regularly - 5 to 6 times a day. In my case the CC is active and TB seems to hang on a particular account. There seems be a pattern with multiple accounts in a single domain.
I also saw this in early versions of TB 2.x but it was corrected. I am now back to using Outlook for some accounts and TB for others. Not much help, sorry.
